Provide asynchronous telehealth care for adult patients using a platform-based workflow, primarily addressing sexual health, hair loss, and weight loss concerns. Visit work includes assessing, screening, diagnosing, and prescribing or titrating medication as needed. The role is supported by telemedicine operations, with training, clinical guidelines, and technology tools provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct asynchronous telehealth visits and respond to patient needs on the platform
- Assess, screen, diagnose, prescribe, and titrate medications as clinically appropriate
- Provide care for sexual health, hair loss, and weight loss conditions
- Deliver prompt, empathetic clinical communication and customer service
- Follow platform guidelines, policies, and required training
- Use EMR systems and online tools to document care and communicate with patients
Required
- MD or DO degree
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- At least 1 year of clinical practice experience, excluding orientation/training
- Active medical state licensure in good standing
- Ability to provide asynchronous care and use electronic medical records
- Board certified status; board-eligible physicians are not considered
Preferred
- Experience with multiple active state medical licenses
- Availability to work more than 10 hours per week
- Experience with telemedicine or online care delivery
- Experience caring for sexual health, hair loss, or weight loss patients
