Provide asynchronous telehealth care for adults seeking treatment for sexual health, hair loss, and weight loss concerns. The work centers on virtual assessment, diagnosis, prescribing, and medication titration, with care delivered through a platform-supported clinical workflow. Providers also follow platform guidelines and use electronic tools to communicate promptly and compassionately with patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual assessments, screenings, and diagnoses for patients on the platform.
- Provide prescribing and medication titration based on clinical need and specialty fit.
- Deliver care for sexual health, hair loss, and weight loss concerns.
- Use asynchronous communication tools and EMR systems to manage patient care.
- Coordinate with the telemedicine operations team and follow platform policies and training requirements.
- Provide prompt, empathetic, and clear clinical customer service.
Required
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Board certification in Family or Adult-Gerontology.
- At least 1 year of applicable clinical experience, excluding orientation and training.
- Independent prescriptive authority in states where available.
- Ability to provide care asynchronously and use online tools for patient communication.
- Strong diagnostic, written, and verbal communication skills, with EMR proficiency.
Preferred
- At least 2 active medical state licenses in good standing.
- Experience in sexual health, hair loss, or weight loss care.
- Willingness to work more than 10 hours per week.
