Provide synchronous and asynchronous telehealth care for adults with a focus on peptide therapy and hormone-related conditions. The role also includes evaluating a broader range of health concerns as needed, with prescribing, medication titration, and patient education delivered through a digital platform. This is a startup-style, leadership-minded position that may involve helping shape clinical protocols, patient experience, and care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct video and chat-based visits to assess, screen, diagnose, and treat patients.
- Provide prescribing and medication titration for peptide therapy and hormone-related conditions when appropriate.
- Coordinate care across a range of additional health concerns as needed within the platform.
- Use platform guidelines, clinical protocols, and required training to support consistent care delivery.
- Maintain prompt, empathetic patient communication in a telehealth setting.
- Participate in building and refining clinical workflows, patient experience, and care standards.
- Document care accurately in the EMR and use online tools to communicate with patients.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urology, Endocrinology, or OB/GYN.
- Active unrestricted DEA license with prior prescribing of Schedule III controlled substances.
- At least 1 year of applicable clinical experience, excluding orientation or training.
- At least 1 year of prior telehealth experience.
- Active licensure in more than 10 states, or an active IMLC license.
- Active state license in good standing with no current or pending malpractice lawsuits.
Preferred
- Synchronous telehealth experience.
- Experience prescribing or familiarity with peptide therapies.
- Experience working in an evolving or startup-style clinical program.
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with EMR systems.
- Comfort using online tools and technology to deliver care.
