Provide synchronous telehealth visits for adult male patients with men’s health concerns, with a strong emphasis on evaluating and managing hormone-related conditions and testosterone replacement therapy. Care also includes assessment, screening, diagnosis, prescribing, and medication titration through a video-first platform, with some asynchronous follow-up as needed. The role is supported by evidence-based clinical guidelines, telemedicine staff, and software/technology tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits for men’s health concerns and hormone-related conditions.
- Assess, screen, diagnose, prescribe, and titrate medications as clinically indicated.
- Evaluate and manage patients receiving testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).
- Provide prompt, compassionate clinical communication and customer service on the platform.
- Follow platform guidelines and complete required training.
- Use telehealth tools, EMR systems, and online communication workflows to deliver care.
- Coordinate additional asynchronous care when needed.
Required
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (such as FNP, AG-ACNP, or ACNPC-AG).
- Board certification in Family, Acute Care, or Adult Gerontology.
- Unrestricted DEA license and experience prescribing Schedule III controlled substances in KS, MA, ME, MO, or WV.
- At least 3 years of applicable clinical practice experience, excluding orientation/training.
- At least 1 year of telehealth experience.
- Active licensure in more than 5 states.
- Active state license in good standing and no current or pending malpractice lawsuits.
Preferred
- Synchronous telehealth experience.
- Experience using EMR systems and online care technologies.
- Strong diagnostic, written, and verbal communication skills.
