Provide virtual Nurse Practitioner care to patients in Canada seeking treatment for conditions such as erectile dysfunction and weight management. The work includes both asynchronous and synchronous telehealth visits, with additional virtual service lines expected as the platform grows. Clinicians review patient-submitted information, prescribe within provincial regulations, and document care in the EMR while collaborating with a Medical Director as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual clinical care to patients in Canada through the telehealth platform.
- Review patient-submitted health information and conduct asynchronous and synchronous consultations.
- Prescribe treatments in accordance with provincial regulations, clinical guidelines, and supported protocols.
- Document all clinical interactions accurately and completely in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director on clinical questions, guideline interpretation, and escalations.
- Exercise independent clinical judgment while practicing within established standards of care.
Required
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Canada.
- Authorization to provide telehealth services and prescribe medications within the province(s) of licensure.
- Experience treating conditions such as erectile dysfunction or obesity/weight management.
- Prior experience delivering care via telehealth or virtual care platforms.
- Ability to review clinical guidelines, navigate an EMR, and manage patients synchronously and asynchronously with minimal onboarding support.
- Reliable access to secure internet and a private workspace suitable for virtual care.
Preferred
- Multi-provincial licensure.
- Familiarity with asynchronous care models.
- Comfort working in a high-volume virtual care environment.
