Provide remote individual, family, and group therapy for clients with eating disorders at PHP and IOP levels of care. The role focuses on assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, ongoing progress monitoring, and coordination of care within a multidisciplinary telehealth program. It also includes collaboration with outpatient providers, family involvement when appropriate, and use of technology-enabled workflows in a work-from-home setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and family therapy for clients with eating disorders.
- Conduct group therapy sessions according to the program schedule.
- Assess client progress and update individualized treatment plans as needed.
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders within the eating disorder treatment setting.
- Coordinate services and referrals to outside specialists or agencies when needed.
- Communicate with outpatient providers to support continuity of care.
- Maintain thorough documentation of patient meetings, progress, and treatment updates.
- Participate in weekly staff and treatment team meetings to consult on cases.
Required
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Fully licensed and able to practice without supervision.
- Experience treating clients with eating disorders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain licensure in other states when requested.
- Must not be opted out of Medicare.
Preferred
- Experience with trauma, co-occurring mental health conditions, and continuing care models.
- Understanding of diverse cultural and gender-specific considerations in treatment.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
