Provide telepsychiatry care for children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and therapy. The role also includes documentation, referrals to psychiatry services when appropriate, and ongoing monitoring of patient progress. Clinicians work within a collaborative, physician-run practice model with structured administrative support, a patient management platform, and dedicated team resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments of patients’ current mental state.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to support mental health and wellness.
- Provide medication management, including prescribing and monitoring psychotropic medications.
- Deliver therapy services for adult and/or child and adolescent patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Refer patients for psychiatry services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with the executive team to improve patient experiences and outcomes.
Required
- Licensed and certified in Oregon.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Psychiatrist.
- Experience treating adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience with both medication management and therapy.

- Experience working in telepsychiatry.
