This clinician provides telepsychiatry care for children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and medication management. The role also includes therapy, documentation, and referrals to psychiatry services when needed. It is a collaborative, remote practice supported by an administrative team and a patient management platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluate current mental status.
- Develop treatment plans for patients with mental health needs.
- Provide medication management and therapy services.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Refer patients for psychiatry services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with the executive team to support patient experience and outcomes.
Required
- Licensed and certified in Oregon.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience providing both medication management and therapy.
Preferred
- Experience in telepsychiatry or remote care.
- Comfort working in a collaborative group practice model.
