This clinician provides remote psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults, combining assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and therapy support. The role centers on compassionate outpatient mental health care, with referrals to psychiatry services when appropriate and ongoing documentation of patient progress. Clinicians work within a collaborative telepsychiatry model with structured administrative support and a patient management platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluate patients’ current mental state.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to support mental health and wellness.
- Provide medication management and therapy services for adult and child/adolescent patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Refer patients for psychiatry services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with the executive team to support positive patient experiences and outcomes.
Required
- Licensed and certified as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Washington State.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Psych NP.
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience providing both medication management and therapy.
