In this contractor role, the clinician will contribute original medical documents and domain expertise to support AI training and documentation work. The focus is on high-quality clinical, research, and educational materials that demonstrate technical accuracy, structured data, and real-world medical knowledge. Work is fully remote and project-based, with collaboration across project teams to refine AI system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide self-authored medical documents such as clinical reports, case studies, research manuscripts, technical documentation, and educational materials.
- Ensure submitted materials are technically accurate, original, and reflective of real-world medical expertise.
- Contribute multimodal content that may include tables, charts, diagrams, figures, and other visual elements.
- De-identify confidential or patient-specific information while preserving educational value and document integrity.
- Curate a diverse set of documents to support different AI training scenarios.
- Provide additional context or clarification on submitted materials when needed.
- Collaborate remotely with project teams to improve AI systems through high-quality medical content.
Required
- Advanced degree or professional qualification in Medicine, Healthcare, Clinical Research, or a related discipline such as MD, DO, PhD, MBBS, RN, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience authoring clinical documentation, research papers, medical reports, case studies, or technical healthcare content.
- Strong understanding of medical documentation standards, patient confidentiality, and data de-identification practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide original, professionally created medical documents from a personal portfolio.
Preferred
- Experience as a practicing physician, healthcare professional, clinical researcher, academic, or medical documentation specialist.
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, medical terminology, and evidence-based healthcare practices.
- Familiarity with research publications, clinical guidelines, or educational content development.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, project-based environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality documentation.
