This clinician will evaluate and manage patients seeking hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, sexual wellness, and preventative health services. The role includes comprehensive consultations, lab review, and individualized treatment planning in a high-touch, concierge-style setting. It also involves patient education on lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, and proactive health strategies while working closely with a small collaborative provider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations for patients pursuing HRT, weight loss, and preventative care.
- Review and interpret laboratory results to support individualized treatment planning.
- Provide education on lifestyle modification, nutrition, exercise, and wellness strategies.
- Manage patients using hormone replacement therapy and GLP-1-based medical weight-loss programs.
- Foster ongoing patient relationships through consultative, comfort-focused discussions about hormones, aging, and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with a team of providers in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced practice environment.
Required
- Active NP, PA-C, or MD/DO license.
- Interest in or experience with hormone replacement therapy and preventative, regenerative, or longevity medicine.
- Strong communication skills for discussing sensitive topics such as hormones, aging, and weight management.
- Ability to build patient rapport and provide a professional, personable experience.
Preferred
- Background in functional medicine, age management, family practice, internal medicine, endocrinology, urology, gynecology, obesity medicine, or wellness practice.
- Experience with medical weight-loss programs and GLP-1 medications.
- Knowledge of testosterone therapy and women’s hormone optimization.
- Familiarity with telemedicine platforms.
- Strong consultative selling or patient conversion skills.
