This clinician provides remote psychiatry assessments and follow-up visits for adults, with a focus on medication management and brief psychotherapy support. Care is delivered in a collaborative, measurement-based model that uses shared EHR workflows and data-informed tools to guide treatment. The role also includes coordination with therapists, physicians, and clinical leadership across an integrated mental health program.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote 60-minute psychiatric assessments and 30-minute follow-up visits.
- Provide medication management for psychiatric conditions, including controlled substances when appropriate.
- Integrate brief psychotherapy into treatment plans as clinically indicated.
- Collaborate with therapists through shared EHR workflows and consultation spaces.
- Coordinate care with physicians and clinical leadership to improve clinical delivery.
- Use measurement-based care and data-informed tools to tailor treatment plans and track outcomes.
- Participate in clinical consultations, required training, and administrative tasks as needed.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active Washington state nursing license.
- Active Washington DEA license.
- At least 2 years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP.
- Experience with remote outpatient telepsychiatry for adults.
Preferred
- Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states.
- Experience working in collaborative, integrated care models.
- Familiarity with measurement-based care.
- Interest in helping build and improve psychiatry program workflows and systems.
