Provide virtual psychiatric care for new and established patients, including diagnostic interviews and follow-up evaluation and management visits. This part-time contract role focuses on behavioral health treatment delivered through a telehealth platform, with patients seen in your state of licensure. You also manage documentation, treatment plans, and coordination with the psychiatry team as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial psychiatric diagnostic interviews for new patient referrals.
- Provide evaluation and management follow-up visits for established patients.
- Use the telehealth platform to complete video sessions with patients.
- Submit clinical documentation and manage patient treatment plans.
- Coordinate with the psychiatry team as needed.
- Treat patients within your state(s) of licensure.
Required
- Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Wyoming.
- Active DEA registration and individual NPI number.
- Fully completed and signed CAQH application.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Independent liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate.
Preferred
- Experience working in telehealth or virtual behavioral health care.
