Provide virtual psychiatric care for new referrals and established patients, including initial psychiatric diagnostic interviews and follow-up medication management visits. Care is delivered through a telehealth platform to patients in your state of licensure, with treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration supported by the psychiatry team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial psychiatric diagnostic interview examinations for new patient referrals.
- Provide evaluation and management follow-up visits for established patients.
- Use the telehealth platform to complete video sessions, clinical documentation, and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with the psychiatry team as needed.
- Treat patients within the state(s) where you are licensed.
Required
- Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Indiana.
- Active DEA registration.
- Individual NPI number.
- Fully completed and signed CAQH application.
- Collaborating or supervising physician agreement, or willingness to obtain one.
- Independent liability insurance with at least $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate coverage.
Preferred
- Prior experience providing telehealth psychiatric care.
