Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients with lower to moderate acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. Visits are standardized with longer intakes and follow-ups, and care stays focused on outpatient treatment rather than inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, minimal administrative burden, and close coordination with an in-house therapy referral network and operational support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for outpatient patients across the lifespan.
- Provide treatment for common mood, anxiety, attention, trauma-related, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.
- Coordinate care with an in-house referral network to therapists and other support services.
- Use standardized session structures while maintaining clinical judgment over visit length and scheduling.
- Document and manage care within a streamlined virtual workflow supported by scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing teams.
- Participate in ongoing outpatient medication management and clinical decision-making without inpatient or crisis responsibilities.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted medical license.
- Interest in outpatient telepsychiatry-based care.
Preferred
- Experience with telepsychiatry or virtual outpatient psychiatry.
- Comfort using streamlined clinical technology.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience treating children/adolescents or geriatric patients.
