Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients with lower- to moderate-acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. Care is structured around standard intake and follow-up visits, with no inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits via telepsychiatry.
- Provide diagnosis and medication management for common mood, anxiety, attention, and trauma-related disorders.
- Coordinate care with an in-house referral network to therapists and other support services.
- Use standardized session lengths within established clinical guidelines.
- Manage a balanced patient panel aligned with clinical criteria and preferences.
- Participate in a fully supported workflow that includes scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing support.
- Document care and make independent clinical decisions without pressure to increase visit volume.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted medical license.
- Interest in outpatient, fully remote psychiatry care.
Preferred
- Experience with telepsychiatry or virtual outpatient care.
- Comfort using streamlined clinical technology.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Interest in treating a broad age range, including children, adolescents, and older adults.
