Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for patients across the lifespan, primarily treating lower- to moderate-acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. Visits follow standard intake and follow-up lengths, with no inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage. This is a clinician-led telepsychiatry model with strong operational support, flexible scheduling, and substantial autonomy in clinical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits via telepsychiatry.
- Provide treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD, and related conditions.
- Coordinate care across children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients as appropriate to training and scope.
- Use standard visit structures, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
- Participate in collaborative care with an in-house referral network to therapists.
- Document and manage care within a streamlined clinical technology workflow.
- Coordinate with operational teams for scheduling, intake, billing, and licensing support.
- Maintain outpatient practice without inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage responsibilities.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist.
- Active, unrestricted medical license.
- Interest in outpatient, fully remote telepsychiatry care.
- Ability to work in a W-2 employment model.
Preferred
- Experience with telepsychiatry or virtual outpatient psychiatry.
- Comfort using streamlined clinical technology.
- Strong clinical judgment and collaborative communication style.
- Interest in treating a broad age range and common outpatient psychiatric conditions.
