Description

Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for patients across the lifespan, primarily treating lower- to moderate-acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. Visits follow standard intake and follow-up lengths, with no inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage. This is a clinician-led telepsychiatry model with strong operational support, flexible scheduling, and substantial autonomy in clinical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits via telepsychiatry.
  • Provide treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD, and related conditions.
  • Coordinate care across children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients as appropriate to training and scope.
  • Use standard visit structures, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
  • Participate in collaborative care with an in-house referral network to therapists.
  • Document and manage care within a streamlined clinical technology workflow.
  • Coordinate with operational teams for scheduling, intake, billing, and licensing support.
  • Maintain outpatient practice without inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage responsibilities.
Required
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license.
  • Interest in outpatient, fully remote telepsychiatry care.
  • Ability to work in a W-2 employment model.
Preferred
  • Experience with telepsychiatry or virtual outpatient psychiatry.
  • Comfort using streamlined clinical technology.
  • Strong clinical judgment and collaborative communication style.
  • Interest in treating a broad age range and common outpatient psychiatric conditions.
