Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients with lower- to moderate-acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. The role centers on standard intake and follow-up visits with no inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. Clinicians have control over schedule and weekly availability, with strong operational support and a streamlined telepsychiatry workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual outpatient psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
- Provide treatment for lower- to moderate-acuity mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD.
- Coordinate care across a lifespan patient panel, including adults, geriatric patients, and children/adolescents when appropriately boarded.
- Use standard visit lengths for intakes and follow-ups within established clinical standards.
- Collaborate with an in-house referral network to therapists and other support resources.
- Document and manage care within a streamlined telepsychiatry platform.
- Work with scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing support teams.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted medical license.
- Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
- Comfort learning and using streamlined clinical technology.
Preferred
- Experience with virtual outpatient psychiatry.
- Experience treating common adult and geriatric psychiatric conditions.
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-based practice model.
