Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with lower to moderate acuity needs such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. The work emphasizes standard intake and follow-up visits, with no inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. Clinicians have broad schedule control and strong operational support, including referral access to therapy and streamlined administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits via telepsychiatry.
- Provide diagnosis and medication management for common mood, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and trauma-related conditions.
- Coordinate care with an in-house referral network to therapists.
- Use established session lengths, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups, within clinical standards.
- Manage clinical decisions with flexibility in scheduling, weekly availability, and patient mix.
- Document care and work within supported workflows for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted medical license.
- Interest in outpatient, fully remote telepsychiatry.
- Ability to practice across the lifespan, including adults and, for applicable roles, children/adolescents and geriatric patients.
Preferred
- Experience with telepsychiatry or virtual outpatient care.
- Comfort using streamlined clinical technology.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Interest in flexible, autonomous practice with minimal administrative burden.
