Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, primarily treating lower to moderate acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. Visits are standard-length and focused on longitudinal medication management, with no inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. Clinical autonomy is emphasized, with schedule flexibility and full operational support to reduce administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits via telepsychiatry.
- Provide medication management for lower to moderate acuity mood, anxiety, attention, OCD, and trauma-related disorders.
- Coordinate care with in-house therapists and external referrals as needed.
- Use a standardized visit structure, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
- Participate in care planning with control over schedule, availability, and patient mix within clinical standards.
- Document and manage care within a streamlined virtual workflow supported by scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing teams.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted medical license.
- Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.
Preferred
- Experience with child and adolescent psychiatry, if pursuing pediatric care.
- Comfort with streamlined clinical technology.
- Prior experience in telepsychiatry or virtual outpatient psychiatry.
