Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatry for patients across the lifespan, with a focus on lower- to moderate-acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. Visits follow standard intake and follow-up lengths, with care delivered in a flexible telepsychiatry model that emphasizes clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden. The practice includes in-house therapy referrals and operational support so clinicians can focus on direct patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual outpatient psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
- Provide care for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, as clinically appropriate.
- Manage common outpatient conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD.
- Coordinate referrals to therapists and collaborate within a broader behavioral health team.
- Use standardized session lengths for intakes and follow-ups while maintaining clinical judgment over visit structure.
- Document and manage care within streamlined clinical technology and remote workflows.
- Participate in a practice model with scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing support.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted medical license.
- Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
- Ability to work in a W-2 employment model, full-time or part-time.
Preferred
- Experience treating outpatient mood, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, or PTSD populations.
- Comfort with streamlined clinical technology and remote practice workflows.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Prior experience with telepsychiatry.
