Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients with lower to moderate acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. This role focuses on standard medication management visits, with 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups, in a practice that does not include inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage. Clinicians work with strong operational support and a clinician-led telepsychiatry model designed to preserve autonomy and reduce administrative burden.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual outpatient psychiatry visits for patients across the lifespan.
- Provide evaluation and ongoing treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD.
- Manage standard intake and follow-up appointments within established session lengths.
- Coordinate care with an in-house referral network to therapists and other support resources.
- Use streamlined clinical technology for scheduling, intake, documentation, and patient management.
- Participate in a collaborative care model with clinical and operational support teams.
- Maintain independent clinical decision-making while following practice standards for telepsychiatry.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted medical license.
- Interest in outpatient, fully remote telepsychiatry care.
Preferred
- Experience with child and adolescent psychiatry, if serving younger patients.
- Comfort learning and using streamlined clinical technology.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
