Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with lower to moderate acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. The role centers on standard intake and follow-up visits, with no inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage. Clinicians work within a structured telepsychiatry model with strong operational support and flexibility over scheduling and patient mix.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual outpatient psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
- Provide diagnosis and medication management for common mood, anxiety, attention, trauma-related, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.
- Coordinate care with an in-house therapy referral network when clinically indicated.
- Use standardized visit lengths for intakes and follow-ups within established clinical guidelines.
- Manage a patient panel across the lifespan, including adults and geriatric patients, with child and adolescent care for appropriately trained psychiatrists.
- Document and practice within a streamlined telepsychiatry workflow supported by scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing teams.
- Participate in a collaborative, clinician-led outpatient practice model with clinical autonomy.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted medical license.
- Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
- Ability to work in a W-2 employment model, full-time or part-time.

- Experience with telepsychiatry or virtual outpatient psychiatry.
- Comfort with streamlined clinical technology.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
