Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with lower- to moderate-acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. The practice emphasizes standard-length visits, flexible scheduling, and minimal administrative burden, with no inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage. Clinicians work within a supportive telepsychiatry model with in-house therapist referrals, operational support, and streamlined clinical technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for outpatient patients across the lifespan.
- Provide medication management and ongoing treatment for common mood, anxiety, attention, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.
- Coordinate care with in-house therapists and use the referral network when additional therapy support is needed.
- Use established session lengths and flexible scheduling to manage a balanced patient panel.
- Document and practice within a fully supported telepsychiatry workflow, including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing support.
- Participate in collaborative clinical decision-making without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted medical license.
- Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
Preferred
- Experience working in virtual outpatient psychiatry.
- Comfort using streamlined clinical technology.
