Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower- to moderate-acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD. Care spans the lifespan, with adults and geriatric patients as well as children and adolescents when practicing as a board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist. The role emphasizes predictable session structure, strong clinical autonomy, and minimal administrative burden within a clinician-led telepsychiatry model.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits in an outpatient setting.
- Provide treatment for common mood, anxiety, attention, obsessive-compulsive, and trauma-related conditions.
- Coordinate care across a referral network of therapists and other behavioral health clinicians.
- Use standard visit lengths for intakes and follow-ups while maintaining clinical judgment over pacing and volume.
- Participate in a fully remote workflow supported by scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing assistance.
- Document and manage patient care within a streamlined clinical technology platform.
Required
- MD or DO degree.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted medical license.
- Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
- Ability to work in a W-2 employment model.
Preferred
- Experience or comfort with treating children and adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
- Comfort learning and using streamlined clinical technology.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
