Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. The work centers on comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a telepsychiatry-based model. Clinical autonomy is supported by established session standards, an integrated referral network, and substantial operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for outpatient patients.
- Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Manage care for lower to moderate acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.
- Use a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based workflow with standard intake and follow-up visit lengths.
- Coordinate with psychiatrists, therapists, and internal referral resources as part of an integrated care model.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in team-based, evidence-based clinical practice with minimal administrative burden.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
- Proficiency using electronic medical records for clinical documentation.
Preferred
- Experience in collaborative, team-based behavioral health care.
- Prior work with lower to moderate acuity outpatient psychiatric populations.
- Strong communication skills and evidence-based practice orientation.
- Interest in ongoing clinical development.
