Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for adults and other lower- to moderate-acuity patients, with a focus on conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. The role centers on psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy, with no inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage. Clinical work is supported by an integrated care model, established visit structures, and a team-based referral network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for outpatient patients.
- Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Coordinate care through an integrated referral network with psychiatrists and therapists.
- Use established session structures while maintaining clinical autonomy within practice standards.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in team-based, collaborative psychiatric care delivery.
- Coordinate with operational support for scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing workflows.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Experience working in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
