Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, with a focus on conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Care is structured around standard intake and follow-up visits, with no inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, strong operational support, and collaboration with an integrated psychiatry and therapy referral network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning for outpatient patients.
- Provide medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Use telepsychiatry workflows to deliver fully remote care.
- Coordinate with psychiatrists and therapists through an integrated referral network.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a collaborative, team-based care model.
- Work within established clinical standards while maintaining control over schedule and session structure.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience in outpatient psychiatric care.
- Experience with comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
Preferred
- Experience providing psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
- Proficiency using electronic medical records.
- Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.
