Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for adults with lower to moderate acuity needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Conduct comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a structured telepsychiatry model. Work with an integrated team that includes psychiatrists and therapists, with operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for outpatient telepsychiatry patients.
- Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Manage patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, and similar lower to moderate acuity conditions.
- Coordinate care within an integrated referral network of psychiatrists and therapists.
- Use established session structures, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a fully remote, clinician-led outpatient practice with minimal administrative burden.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluation and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
- Proficiency using electronic medical records for clinical documentation.
Preferred
- Experience in a collaborative, team-based psychiatric care model.
- Experience with evidence-based outpatient psychiatry in a virtual setting.
- Strong communication and clinical judgment in independent practice.
