Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. You will complete psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within standard intake and follow-up visit lengths. The role offers strong clinical autonomy in a clinician-led, team-based telepsychiatry model with integrated referrals and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for outpatient adults and other appropriate patients.
- Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Manage lower to moderate acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.
- Use standard telepsychiatry visit structures, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
- Coordinate care with in-house psychiatrists and therapists through an integrated referral network.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records.
- Participate in a fully remote outpatient workflow with support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
