Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for adults with lower to moderate acuity needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Manage comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a telepsychiatry model. Work in a clinician-led, integrated practice with strong operational support and the flexibility to shape schedule and patient mix within established standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits via telepsychiatry.
- Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Manage patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, and similar lower to moderate acuity conditions.
- Coordinate care through an integrated referral network with psychiatrists and therapists.
- Use established session structures, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a collaborative, team-based care model with minimal administrative burden.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.

- Experience working in a collaborative, team-based psychiatric practice.
- Experience with evidence-based outpatient mental health care.
