Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, with a focus on conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. The role centers on comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a telepsychiatry model. Clinicians work in a collaborative, team-based practice with integrated referrals and substantial operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans for outpatient patients.
- Provide medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Deliver 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care through telepsychiatry.
- Coordinate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists for integrated patient care.
- Use established session structures, including intake and follow-up visits.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a collaborative, team-based care model.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations and medication management.
- Experience with psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
Preferred
- Experience working with lower to moderate acuity psychiatric populations.
- Familiarity with fully remote, outpatient practice workflows.
- Experience in collaborative, multidisciplinary behavioral health care.
