Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Manage comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a structured telepsychiatry model. Work with an integrated care team and referral network while maintaining clinical autonomy over scheduling and patient selection.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations for adult patients with common mental health conditions.
- Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Use standard telepsychiatry visit lengths, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
- Coordinate care with in-house psychiatrists and therapists through an integrated referral network.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a fully remote workflow with scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing support.
- Maintain clinical decision-making within established clinical standards and evidence-based practice.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
