Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Manage comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a telepsychiatry-based model. Work in a clinician-led, team-based practice with integrated referral support and minimal administrative burden.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide medication management for outpatient psychiatric patients.
- Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy during standard follow-up visits.
- Manage telepsychiatry visits for patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, and related conditions.
- Coordinate care through an integrated referral network with psychiatrists and therapists.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Use established session structures and maintain clinical standards in a remote practice model.
- Participate in a collaborative, team-based care environment.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluation, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
