Description

This role provides fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. The clinician manages comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a telepsychiatry model. The practice offers clinical autonomy, structured session lengths, and integrated support from psychiatrists, therapists, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations for adult patients with lower to moderate acuity conditions.
  • Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
  • Use standardized telepsychiatry visit structure, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
  • Coordinate care through an integrated referral network with psychiatrists and therapists.
  • Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
  • Participate in a collaborative, team-based outpatient care model.
  • Coordinate patient intake, scheduling, billing, and licensing workflows with operational support.
Required
  • Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
  • Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
  • Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations and medication management.
  • Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
  • Proficiency using electronic medical records for clinical documentation.
Preferred
  • Experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, or PTSD.
  • Experience in a collaborative, team-based outpatient setting.
  • Interest in evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical development.
