Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, with a focus on conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Manage standard psychiatric intakes and follow-ups, including comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Work within a clinician-led, team-based telepsychiatry model with strong operational support and access to in-house referral partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for outpatient telepsychiatry patients.
- Provide treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Manage follow-up visits using standard session lengths within established clinical standards.
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, therapists, and internal referral resources as needed.
- Use electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in a fully remote workflow with support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
- Maintain clinical decision-making within a low-to-moderate acuity outpatient practice.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
Preferred
- Experience with lower to moderate acuity psychiatric populations.
- Experience in a collaborative, team-based care model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
