Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for adults with lower to moderate acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. The role centers on comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy in a telepsychiatry model. Clinical autonomy is emphasized, with standard session lengths and support from an integrated referral network and operational team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Provide medication management for outpatient psychiatric patients.
- Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy as part of ongoing care.
- Manage a telepsychiatry-based outpatient caseload for lower to moderate acuity conditions.
- Coordinate care with in-house psychiatrists and therapists when additional support is needed.
- Use electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in a collaborative, team-based care model.
- Work within established clinical standards while maintaining control over schedule and session structure.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluation, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort working in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.

- Experience supporting patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, or PTSD.
- Background in collaborative, multidisciplinary behavioral health care.
- Familiarity with a high-autonomy outpatient practice environment.
