Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower- to moderate-acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Manage standard psychiatric intakes and follow-ups with medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy, while practicing within a clinician-led, telepsychiatry-based model. Work with in-house psychiatrists and therapists and receive operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning for outpatient patients.
- Provide medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Manage follow-up and intake visits using established session lengths and clinical standards.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and an in-house referral network as needed.
- Use electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate care within a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based outpatient workflow.
- Participate in evidence-based, team-based psychiatric care for lower- to moderate-acuity populations.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluation, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.

- Experience caring for patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, or PTSD.
- Experience in collaborative, multidisciplinary outpatient psychiatry.
- Familiarity with structured telehealth workflows and remote practice.
