Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for adults with lower to moderate acuity needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. The role centers on psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy, with a structured telepsychiatry workflow and strong operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for outpatient telepsychiatry patients.
- Provide medication management and ongoing treatment planning for common mood and anxiety disorders.
- Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy as part of routine follow-up care.
- Coordinate care within an integrated model through referrals to psychiatrists and therapists.
- Use established session formats, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a collaborative, team-based practice model focused on evidence-based care.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.

- Experience with lower to moderate acuity outpatient psychiatric populations.
- Experience working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment.
- Familiarity with established session structures and schedule flexibility in a virtual practice.
