Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. The role centers on comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and supportive therapy within a telepsychiatry model. Clinicians work in a team-based practice with integrated referrals to psychiatrists and therapists and strong operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
- Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Manage outpatient care for lower to moderate acuity psychiatric conditions.
- Coordinate care within an integrated referral network of psychiatrists and therapists.
- Use standard session structures for intakes and follow-ups in a fully remote setting.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a collaborative, team-based clinical model with minimal administrative burden.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted nursing license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations and medication management.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
Preferred
- Experience with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.
- Prior experience in a collaborative, team-based outpatient psychiatry setting.
- Experience with evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical development.
