Description

Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. This role centers on comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy in a telepsychiatry model. The practice offers substantial clinical autonomy, integrated referrals to psychiatrists and therapists, and strong operational support to reduce administrative work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning for outpatient patients.
  • Provide medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
  • Manage care for lower to moderate acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.
  • Use standard telepsychiatry visit structures, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with an in-house referral network of psychiatrists and therapists for integrated care.
  • Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
  • Participate in a fully remote, outpatient workflow with support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
Required
  • Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
  • Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
  • At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
  • Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluation, treatment planning, and medication management.
  • Experience with telepsychiatry or comfort practicing in a fully remote care model.
Preferred
  • Experience providing psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records.
  • Strong clinical judgment and a collaborative, team-based approach.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical development.
