Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Manage standard psychiatric intakes and follow-up visits, with medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy as part of ongoing care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide medication management for outpatient behavioral health conditions.
- Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy during scheduled visits.
- Manage telepsychiatry intakes and follow-up appointments within standard visit lengths.
- Coordinate care through an integrated referral network of psychiatrists and therapists.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Use established clinical standards while maintaining flexibility in schedule and patient panel.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
Preferred
- Experience with evidence-based outpatient psychiatric care.
- Experience working in collaborative, team-based behavioral health settings.
- Prior experience in a clinician-led or telehealth practice.
