Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for adults with lower to moderate acuity needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Work includes comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within standard intake and follow-up visit structures. The practice uses an integrated, clinician-led model with in-house referral support and minimal administrative burden.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Provide medication management for outpatient psychiatric conditions.
- Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy during follow-up care.
- Coordinate care within an integrated referral network of psychiatrists and therapists.
- Use telepsychiatry workflows to provide fully remote patient care.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in collaborative, team-based care while maintaining clinical autonomy.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
Preferred
- Experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, or PTSD.
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-based outpatient model.
- Experience with virtual psychiatry or other telehealth workflows.
