Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for adults with lower to moderate acuity needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Manage comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a telepsychiatry model. Work in a clinician-led practice with strong operational support, integrated referral pathways, and significant control over scheduling and patient mix.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient psychiatric intakes and follow-up visits via telepsychiatry.
- Provide diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for common mental health conditions.
- Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy as part of ongoing care.
- Coordinate care with in-house psychiatrists and therapists when additional support is needed.
- Use electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in a remote, integrated care model with no inpatient, IOP, PHP, or crisis coverage.
- Maintain clinical decision-making within established standards while managing a self-directed schedule.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.

- Experience with lower to moderate acuity psychiatric populations.
- Prior work in collaborative, team-based behavioral health settings.
- Strong communication and evidence-based clinical practice skills.
