Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower- to moderate-acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. The role centers on comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy. Clinicians work within a team-based telepsychiatry model with strong operational support and significant schedule flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for outpatient telepsychiatry patients.
- Provide treatment planning and medication management for common mood and anxiety disorders.
- Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy as part of ongoing care.
- Coordinate care within an integrated referral network of psychiatrists and therapists.
- Use electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
- Manage follow-up visits in standard telepsychiatry session lengths.
- Participate in collaborative, team-based care for patients matched to individual clinical criteria.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience with outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluation, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.

- Experience working with lower- to moderate-acuity psychiatric populations.
- Experience in collaborative, multidisciplinary outpatient mental health care.
