Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for adults with lower to moderate acuity needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and manage medications in standard intake and follow-up visits, with support from an integrated referral network for psychiatrists and therapists. This role emphasizes clinical autonomy, predictable scheduling, and a low-administration telepsychiatry workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for outpatient patients.
- Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Use standard telepsychiatry visit lengths for intakes and follow-up appointments.
- Coordinate care through an integrated network of psychiatrists and therapists as needed.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a fully remote outpatient practice with minimal administrative burden.
- Work within established clinical standards while maintaining schedule flexibility.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
