Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. The role centers on comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a telepsychiatry model. Clinicians work in a collaborative, integrated practice with structured session lengths and strong operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations for adults with common mental health conditions.
- Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Use standard session structures, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
- Coordinate care through an integrated referral network with psychiatrists and therapists.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a fully remote telepsychiatry workflow with minimal administrative burden.
- Work within established clinical standards while maintaining control over schedule and patient mix.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations and medication management.
- Comfort working in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
