Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for adults with lower to moderate acuity needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. The role centers on comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a telepsychiatry model. Clinicians work with established session lengths, strong scheduling support, and an integrated referral network for collaboration with psychiatrists and therapists.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for outpatient telepsychiatry patients.
- Provide treatment planning and medication management for common mental health conditions.
- Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy as part of ongoing care.
- Coordinate with an in-house network of psychiatrists and therapists for integrated care.
- Use electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
- Manage follow-up visits within standard session structures and clinical guidelines.
- Participate in a fully remote, outpatient workflow with minimal administrative burden.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience with outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.

- Experience with evidence-based outpatient psychiatry.
- Experience working in collaborative, team-based care settings.
