Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity patients, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Manage comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy within a telepsychiatry model. Work with a clinician-led team and referral network while maintaining broad schedule control and minimal administrative burden.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for outpatient telepsychiatry patients.
- Provide medication management, treatment planning, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
- Manage care for adults with lower to moderate acuity psychiatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.
- Coordinate with psychiatrists and therapists through an integrated referral network.
- Use established session structures for intakes and follow-up visits.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Participate in a team-based, collaborative outpatient care model.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluation and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
Preferred
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-based outpatient practice.
- Experience with telemedicine or virtual psychiatry workflows.
- Experience with evidence-based psychiatric care and ongoing clinical development.
