Provide fully remote outpatient psychiatric care for adults with lower to moderate acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD. Manage comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy within a telepsychiatry model that uses standard intake and follow-up session lengths. Work in a clinician-led, integrated practice with strong operational support and access to in-house psychiatry and therapy referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Provide psychoeducation and supportive therapy for common mood and anxiety-related conditions.
- Use telepsychiatry workflows to deliver care in a fully remote setting.
- Coordinate with psychiatrists, therapists, and internal referral pathways as needed.
- Document care accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.
- Follow established clinical standards for session structure and patient selection.
- Participate in a team-based care model with minimal administrative burden.
Required
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.

- Experience with evidence-based outpatient psychiatric care.
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-based practice.
- Prior experience supporting patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, or PTSD.
